I am by no means a natural athlete. Growing up, I was often picked last when playing sports. However, once I started lifting weights in college, I fell in love with fitness and learned as much as I could about how to exercise properly & safely. Upon graduation, I immediately got my personal trainer certification and have been coaching ever since. In that time, I've been able to help clients get off the couch and run their first 5K race, lose more than 50 lbs, get back into shape after pregnancy, return to competitive basketball after 20 years away from the sport, and more. I simply love helping people live healthier, happier lives!
