I dropped in for 1 class and it was fantastic! I highly recommend either starting your cf journey here, or just dropping in if you’re in town. The coaching was great- very attentive, and there was a lot of warmup and stretching/lacrosse ball work before the wod and strength. The community was very warm and welcoming- I felt right at home, as if I was a regular at the gym. Thank you all!!
